1) How do I shorten my webpage address/ links/url ?
Well - a google application would do the trick. This link takes you to a url shortener. The end results start with goo... It is much easier to add that link to a page or the Prep app. You will see that this is used all the time on Twitter to save characters.
2) Check out the add-ons associated with Google Docs
There are several already added but check out others by going to Get add-ons.
